• Outline a practical approach to the diagnosis of cutaneous T-cell lymphomas, including common diagnostic pitfalls.
• Review key principles in management of CTCL, including systemic therapies and approaches to refractory or severe pruritus.
• Recognize indications and timing for referral for allogeneic stem cell transplantation in patients with CTCL.
