Objectives

At the end of the self-assessment module, participants will be able to:

1. Describe the epidemiology and risk factors associated with fetal and neonatal thrombocytopenia (FNAIT)
2. Develop an approach to secondary prophylaxis among mothers with previous pregnancies complicated by FNAIT
3. Describe the appropriate antepartum and peripartum precautions for pregnancies affected by FNAIT
