Choosing Wisely Canada
The Canadian Hematology Society
is participating in the
Choosing Wisely Canada campaign.
The CHS is proud to announce that on October 29, 2014 we, along with 11 other subspecialty societies, released our first top 5 list for the Choosing Wisely Canada campaign.
A total of 61 new recommendations were made. Choosing Wisely is a campaign to help physicians and patients engage in conversations about unnecessary tests, treatments and procedures and to help physicians and patients make smart and effective choices to ensure high quality care.
Choosing Wisely Canada is the national voice for reducing unnecessary
tests and treatments in health care.
